Maybe something big has changed since when you were better. Maybe you don't see tech as a hobby anymore and just as a job, so you aren't essentially practicing in your free time. Stuff like changing your diet, or sleep schedule (as in how much sleep you are getting a nite) can also have an impact on how you think.
Maybe you just need to reset yourself by doing something crazy like going on a mini adventure in a place you don't know.
