Hey. I need some assistance in a thing.

I am trying to make a solar powered dome light. I want it to be around 20 lumens, be powered by a single 18650, last through 10 hours of darkness, and be able to be fully recharged by solar with 14 hours of direct sunlight.

Is this feesable?
what type of components would I need?
Size of solar panel?
