Did anyone else notice that /g/ is being used as shilling spot? Every few days a thread is created about some new tech/device in which first few replies are always negative, then all of a sudden it gets filled by quotes to those replies saying they'd prefer X alternative that is botnet because it does Y better and is cheaper/faster/whatever.
And the worst part is that its always the same type of wording behind those replies.
I've noticed so far these threads pop up about android/iphone, and VPNs mostly.
