Should I support KitKat in my apps? Does anyone actually use

Probably the bulk of 4.4 users are the people who don't really change their phones unless the previous one dies. Either because they don't care enough to get whatever's hot or because they don't have the cash to. Does it matter as far as your apps go? Are they your target base or can you forego them?
