I'm going to assume they just remove dust particles from the air. You would still need to dust your shit down even if some of sort magical cleaning device like what you're after existed, as there's no way it would get everything.

Just get off your lazy ass and clean every once in a while. I'm sure all you do while you're "busy" is browse 4chan or some other stupid shit. Go clean your bathroom right now, even under the toilet seat. I'm sure it's disgusting in there.
