I am lazy.
Would dust removers help to not have to clean dust off my stuff so often? How many would I have to get in order to forget about dust close to entirely?
Oh nice, I didn't know the new mac pro was announced already. Gonna preorder one right now.

I'm going to assume they just remove dust particles from the air. You would still need to dust your shit down even if some of sort magical cleaning device like what you're after existed, as there's no way it would get everything.
Just get off your lazy ass and clean every once in a while. I'm sure all you do while you're "busy" is browse 4chan or some other stupid shit. Go clean your bathroom right now, even under the toilet seat. I'm sure it's disgusting in there.

B-but mum sometimes comes to clean when the loo is wonky

It'll reduce dust significantly, but "close to entirely" will be hard.

Well, maybe it could at least help with individual rooms? Just for the ones with more garbage laying around to pick up dust.

Sure, though in some ways a vacuum cleaner is more ideal.
