How anonymous does this make me?
Why not go to the tor website and check out the documentation?

Not a techie lad, just wondering, does it work? Does an ISP still record all your shit?

It's a honeypot, just don't bother

But really it depends on what you do with it.

Just leave this board please.

It's the quickest way to put yourself on a watch list and get all your serches sold to cia

>Not a techie
So you think you could just come hier and make us suck your brainlet cock while giving you answers?
>>61332730
It depends.
The exit nodes are already mapped, so a more formidable opponent, like a state actor, can see who is sending data through Tor and could even guess where it's going based on i/o traffic analysis. Since it's encrypted normally they shouldn't see the data itself.
Tor is filled with honeypots.
It's still good if you want to evade bans on certain sites and keep your traffic anonymous from your ISP let's say or from a network admin, stuff like that.
You should also try GNUnet since it's not infamous like Tor it will attract less attention.

Your mom's a honeypot

If you feel the need to ask this question you should not be using it
