Here is my build so far.

The problem I am currently having is that the Pic related cooler, a H7 Quad Lumi is out of stock everywhere I have looked. Downgrading to the original H7 would mean I would need a "free" adapter from the manufacturer. Everything I have read says they ship very late and the install is a pain in the ass. I have been looking around for other AM4 out of box compatible coolers but I must just suck at hunting today cause I can't find anything in over an hour of searching that gives a definitive answer.

You will lose like 2% CPU performance for a 30% GPU boost. Even the 1700 overclocked comes really close to a 1800X

Just get the 1700 and use the stock cooler for a bit until the one you want comes back in stock. The 1700 will OC almost as high as an 1800x anyway.
