PROTIP: You don't record highest quality/resolution 24/7.

9 times out of 10, anyone who deploys these, is going to have them set to "record on motion", and probably not at a full 4k, or highest quality. They'll probably set a linear bit-rate, at 1080p, and call it a day.
Alternatively, this would be nice if you want a "tight crop" on multiple spots in the same general area. I.E. if you want a full 720p, high quality crop in on a cashier's cash register, while getting a full 1080p, alright-quality crop on the store entrance across from the cashier, and a 720p alright image of some products near the cashier that are commonly stolen.
