I've been looking to buy used PC and I've been wondering what quick tests I could do to at least don't be fucked just by the exterior well maintenance.
I'm thinking about a quick crystaldiskmark, something to test (any recommendations?) and something for the CPU and GPU. Nothing that takes too muh even though I know it needs more time to test problems accurately.

Second this, I want a suite of tools I can use to test the integrety of the CPU, GPU, PSU and motherboard. havent found anything that test the above yet, just the HDD
check if the keyboard smells like ass

Crystaldiskinfo for SMART
Crystaldiskmark for speed
CPU-Z has a CPU benchmark and you can run the stress test for a minute or so to make sure the cooler doesn't ramp up obnoxiously
Furmark for GPU

Bring a licensed GNU Technician to test it for compatibility with freedoms and respect of privacy.

It won't be needed as I am expecting it to be so, otherwise I'll tore the blobs apart and recompile them from my own source code.

Thanks, that's a good start.
I'm understanding the RAM will be testing along CPU/GPU benchmarks, am I correct?

RAM is something I don't worry about. It rarely goes bad, and it's just a stick if it is.
