I've always been told that when you swap boards you're pretty much always going to have to reinstall your OS. But with Windows 10 is much better about it. I had a friend switch from an Intel to AMD chipset and the only thing it did was invalidate his product key and give him the watermark. Is this commonly seen by you guys too?
You just have to reactivate Windows by signing into your Microsoft account. Worked for me after switching to new motherboard/cpu.

Are you telling me there are people who actually make non-local user accounts?

>make m$ account before swapping
>sign back in after to activate
>unlink account

>unlink account
I don't remember that being an option

You don't even need to sign in to the botnet, just re-register the key and it will work.

They mailed me a new ball gag.

What happened with me was my monitor cord swung out real fast and whipped me in the ass a few times. I swear I heard Microsoft Sam say, "TAKE IT SLUT"
