I'm having a really weird issue with my R7 1700, when i try to overclock passed 3.7ghz, CPU-z tells me that my multiplier is at 15.5 (no matter what i attempt to set the multiplier to in the bios above 37) the moment I drop it back to 37 CPU-z reads the multiplier at 37 and I get the 3.7ghz again, but I just don't understand why this shits happening.
