I suffer from eye tireness and being on my pc is giving me eye pain and somehow headaches.
Are there filters to make my PC monitor light safe for my eyes?

Some people like f.lux. You can also get special glasses that do pretty much the same thing.

I already use glasses with protection.
when I took off them, my eyes hurt because the light is too strong.
Lower your brightness. I use a colorimeter to calibrate my displays to like 5800k too, much warmer than the standard 6500k which is too blue imo

e-ink doesn't strain eyes

mess with the levels and reduce the amount of blue light
most monitors have a warm/cool preset to adjust the balance of red and blue light

Then don't take them off.

bluetec lenses are the shit
Though I find they do not help my sleeping habits, because now I can stare at the screen for far longer than before.
