Every company has its good or bad series of PSUs.

You can see serious PSU reviews at jonnyguru dot com and use the trusty PSU calculator to see how much watts you need.

Also avoid products marketed as "gaming" like plague with exception for some serious gaming mice (ex. Logitech G502) and monitors (usually high refresh rate).
