It's unstable garbage. Mint or Elementary OS are better as a first distro because with those you won't experience unfixable internal errors and a severe lack of logs/documentation on it. Debian (MATE or XFCE), Fedora (XFCE), and OpenSUSE (KDE) are the best distros for desktop use.

It's good, don't listen to contrarian autists on this board, it's the best desktop linux distro if you want to be productive, and aren't using linux just to rice it and show off to losers on /g/. Terry davis uses ubuntu as his everyday distro, you can see every time he streams.
