-Modem has only 4 ports (ISP refuses to replace it with one with more ports)
-I need router in other room to extend wifi network
-TV3 is way too far to be plugged in switch1

Does wifi1 support roaming or are you setting up separate networks?

Also consider wifi range extender /bridge instead of both switch2 and wifi2 and that cable.
That way you get 1 free port on ISP modem and, if 100Mbit is enough for either TV, can use passive cable splitter. Or just separate cables for TV1 and TV2.

Yes, i am using 2 separate networks atm. I think wifi1 doesn't support roaming.
