Any of you know how to fix it, it starts up with folder with question mark in it, and when I try to restart and go CMD+R, it doesnt respond. Im not applefag, its for work.

Hold down the Option key at power on.
That will display the bootable drives.
If there aren't any no button pushing will help.

You sure it's a modern OS on it, and not a 10 year old installation?
Boot up from some Apple CD and check the OS folder on the HD.
