My girlfriend has downloaded some stuff she shouldn't have.
I'm not really a it guy myself but i took a look at it. Using hijackthis I found Searchprotect. I (think I) removed it using malwarebytes and adwcleaner.
After restarting I noticed 4 shortcut icons on the desktop:
Play warthunder, Play warframe, russhian shit dragon knight and play crossout. If I click properties on any of them it says target type: wait3sec.org/(whatever the game name is)
The same kind of files are in her downloads folder but .ink extensions.
Any help would be very welcome

congratulations your girlfriend is retard like you, destroy SSD/HDD physically and buy a new SSD and start over

I would really consider doing a complete reinstall. You can try backing up your data but keep in mind that the drive used to back them up could theoretically reinfect you later so scan it too, disable autorun and what have you.
>help /g/ my gf installed a bunch of video game

Because you punch her face like she deserves for doing something as stupid as this, right?

control panel -> programs and features -> if you or your girlfriend don't know what it does, uninstall it
ctr+alt+del task manager -> startup
if you or your girlfriend don't know what it does, disable it then reboot when you're done
update malwarebytes and rescan
If all else fails, boot to this and run a scan

Nope, It's running on Windows 10 so that doesn't work.
