Well according to my friend who heads a translation group, translating porn is easy. Most of the time it's just sex sounds.

The hard part is type setting. Blending in the translated text to make things look good.

This could probably be done in less than 5 years automatically. Maybe less than three if a big player works with translation groups. There are huge corpuses of translated porn and their raws out there.

Porn is low-demanding stuff. I work for a publishing house and want to find a way to automate the process. Hentai could be easy.

As this guy said, it could be well automated, but the corpuses simply aren't being put into your translation app because you don't wanna read a train table that says "what are those tentacles for, senpai"
