Is there a good Tiling WM for Windows? I use i3 on my laptop running Arch but my PC at work has to be on Windows 7 and I hate not having tiling and workspaces. I've been using bug.n but is there a better one / way to basically imitate i3?
What is it you dislike about bug.n?
bug.n is good

There isn't, write your own. Stick with Linux if you want good tiling.

is there a tiling wm that works like that on gnu/linux?

It feels really ad-hoc, like it takes too long for the tiling to happen because it's overriding windows' default shit. All the windows animations and extra thick borders on stuff make it look and feel like garbage, and chrome doesn't like to tile at all. It's the best I've found but it's far from perfect.

DisplayFusion is good for semi-static partitions (like splitting a 4k monitor into 3 virtual 1280x2160 displays) plus getting per-display (including virtual split) taskbars.
TidyTabs/AquaSnap are good for tabbing and tiling windows freely.

There is some tiling software for windows but I don't think theres a full fledged tiling window manager. You can simulate it though by using various software. Sounds like you just need a simple AHK script for tiling hotkeys.

Which program is that? Looks interesting.
