Both of the new ones have the same specs, but are twice as fast then the old pro's.

No need to upgrade though, that 120 refresh rate is sexy as fuck; but iOS 11 is the real bringer of improvements and the old one will still get it at half the price.

If your looking to buy one new; the new ipad is the best choice. If you have an old one, keep it its fine.
