Keepass, stores your passwords in a single file called a "database", It's also encrypted and needs a password to be accessed.

Definitely KeePass. I recommend using it with the WebAutoType plugin, if you're using the official program (seamless autotyping into login forms in browser without using an extension).

Keepass with keefox if you use Firefox. Also syncthing is nice for syncing the database file.
Write them in a book.
Master Password is the only sensible one. No server shit and fully under your control.
