So I have a machine from work that has Bitlocker on it. I did not know this and decided to resinstall Windows. Now it is asking for a Bitlocker password and no one at my work knows that that is. It wont let me install Windows, and it is somehow blocking DBAN. Am I going to have to buy a new hard drive or is there a way around this?

Please, any help is appreciated!

Run linux on usb, run gparted delete all partitions and merge into one single partition, format, install windows.
