I have this thing that I ripped out of an event wristband. I am curious in seeing what data lies on the device. It looks like it transmits data through magnets based on the coil.
My question is what kind of hardware should I use to read what data is on the device?

The coil is much like one used for wireless charging and uses RFID for data readout.
It's the same as in any NFC card.
