No. Digital art is too perfect. It will always lack the small 'mistakes' most art has. You can look at a painting and see where the artist may have smudged the painting a tiny bit, you may notice a small scratch. In digital art however - this doesn't exist. It is removed with a single command. It lacks the heart and soul most art has.
