Eagle or multisim?

Well, do you need spice simulation? I prefer eagle for capture and layout

LTSPICE for simulation, and a pirated copy of Altium for everything else.

Fuck the fags at Altium, i paid for a license once and the software got worse with every release. That being said, they are still better than the others.

Multisim is better IMO

I just use kicad.
