audio works, mic doesnt. it worked yesterday when I first plugged in the new splitter cable.. I have no idea how to fix this. Im bummed, obviously the thought of buying a new headset crossed my mind.

Had the same issue, had to play audio through headphones (speakers 5.1, for some reason the headset audio only played through that settings) and had mic set defaulted to realtek audio
