So, I've been using the program "Filmora" to record *and* edit my videos, but after I get done editing, the videos majorly stutter in the outcome. The raw, uncut footage (recorded by this program) seems to play smoothly though. I don't think Filmora can handle all of the effects I add in, even though it s not heavily edited. Just some cuts to other moments, music, and sound effects littered here and there.
What I need is another software I can use for free (with no watermarks added in when exporting, if there is such a program) so I don't get as much hate for it on my Youtube videos for stuttering.

well this help me with syncing image and sound in a video?
Cinelerra
Has a nice compositing engine, and works pretty well for me. The opposite of what you describe happens for me though, the preview render audio is glitch, but the final render is perfect.

Oh but no syncing issues, its just as if theres some added noise that isn't there in the final

If it's just game footage, use OBS to record.
Pretty sure you can get Premiere Pro for like $20 a month these days, or CS6 for free. Premiere Elements might be good enough, and I think it's even cheaper than Premiere Pro.
