This is where I'm at. I don't even know where to start with making the boxes expandable/collapsable, assuming they even are. I'm seeing that a lot of the trickery is in using overlap groups effectively, but it'll take time to work out.

I've determined his boxes are not expandable, so it's very simply a green box with a smaller grey box laid over it, then text on top. This shit isn't hard, just meticulous.

I'd like to do this side by side with you in case you find a better way to do things, but I understand real-world obligations come first. If your schedule clears, I can post a working version you can cut on to your liking.
