So I was using the NH D15 CPU cooler and the pasta NT H1, it worked fine from 34c-64c in prime95 1hours test and after 1 week using my pc it was okay in temps then i could see the temps rise slowly after 2 weeks it's hit's max 85c now
what can be wrong here?
the CPU cooler is on and connects...

You did a shit job reapplying the paste and a shittier job installing the cooler.
Redo it.

The heatsink probably isn't seated correctly. Redo everything. You might be able to drop temps a tiny bit more if you remove some of the resistance by cleaning off the electrical contacts between the CPU/mobo so that you can lower the voltage.

Remove the heatsink and clean the paste off both surfaces. Use 99% isopropyl alcohol to make sure there's no residue. Reapply thermal paste using the pea method and reinstall the heatsink.
