Format HDD and install Windows: 10 minutes to set up, 10 min to reboot a couple times and install updates.
Download and install software: 10 minutes
Cleaning the keyboard, screen, case: 15 min
Unscrew the bottom lid and look at the insides: 10 minutes

You can add 30 min if you want to do a better diagnostic, i.e. hdd SMART, error check of the HDD with read/write test, ram error check, cd rom read/write test, etc.
