How often do you upgrade your computer? also some GUTS

I was thinking of upgrading my CPU and Motherboard to get some sweet DDR4

Current Specs (Pic related)
>i7960 - overclocked a little 3.6ghz
>MSI STRIX GTX970
>16GB DDR3
>Huntekey 750watt PSU

>Hyper212evo cooler.

Still able to run most AAA on ultra between 30 - 70 FPS.
