I bought a new i7 6700k with an anus Z170-a (big mistake) just 4 to 5 months ago. At first everything seemed ok. everything set to auto. After a while I started noticing high cup voltage 1.316 and temps went sky high. Did search the internet for a solution so I applied adaptive voltage offset +0.001 (minimum setting) and a 1.25 additional turbo all stable using anus realbench stress test for 6h. teller my question is why is my vcore when multithreading at 1.152 and goes up to 1.248 only when benching single thread? Should I be worried? Also stock voltage is 1.2 up to 1.35 according to intel. Should I pump up the offset 0.050 to reach 1.2? oc noob here so sorry for asking.
