that could easily be worse then stock, one of the issues I had with my old stock cooler is sust got trapped in it and caked the top so it needed a thorough cleaning every 2-3 months or else it would get to overheat temps.

That has such small gaps that dust will form there, collect there, and spread out collecting more dust. get something with large spaces in between the fins.

Similar devices might be worth it, but don't leave security to chink devices. Get some locking skewers for the wheels so you don't have to wire them up or take them off when locking the bike up.
Make notes of the serial numbers and make a police report if it gets stolen... GPS tracking might help but I've never read anything saying that it will. Seems like a gimmick.
