>Rebrand 480 to 580
Pretty sure we're going to see another rebrand round before Vega releases. There's still no release date for it.

It's nowhere and it'll be nowhere.
ETH is currently trading at $355.
If the bubble bursts then you can probably have one. If it doesn't then these cards are pre-order only and gone within 5 minutes of launch.
The good news is that prices on used RX cards will probably go from way above retail to below retail. If you haven't sold your RX 480's or 580s or even older cards like 290X above retail prices yet then do it because it's limited how long you'll be able to do that.

We won't. AMD has been doing the same pattern for a long time, release a new generation of cards (RX 4XX) and then re-cycle that generation (RX 5XX) and release a new-generation top-end card (their best VEGA) - then wait until the next cycle and release low and mid-range cards of that generation. Thus, I expect a high-end VEGA or two late this summer and mid and low range VEGA cards around Christmas.

Vega is in the lab getting clocked to its limit and testing different aio configs so it will be competitive.
