Did anyone actually ever have an SSD die of old age on them ?
I've been running this piece of shit for almost 7 years and other than losing a few gigs it's still working fine.
I had some original OCZ Vertex and Agility series SSDs shit out on me but that was back when sandforce controllers were still shoddy
Yes, 1st Gen Intel SSD. Just gave up last year after being in service since 08 or 09

I had a micron ssd dying on me. I think it was a m4 some shit some shit I bought at micro center. No longer recognized by the BIOS. it was a 6 year old one so I couldn't complain
my good ol' mlc drive from 2012 is still at 100%
