Basic Troubleshooting 101:
Check HDD, hdtunepro can check your hdd smart data, just go to the health tab.
If everything's ok, check ram:
Run memtest from usb/dvd to test it.
Test them both or all, then one by one.
If ram ok, backup, format, reinstall.
