Depends on what files you want to keep on the ssd, if you want fast file transfers for all files then go for the 500gb ssd, if you only want fast boot for the os and games but don't care much about the speed while transferring files etc. then get 250gb ssd which is more than enough for os and games and keep your files in the 1tb hard drive.

If you will be able to upgrape and get 2, 3, 4TB or whatever, then 500gb SSD, if you won't be able until next year or even later, then smol sdd and all biggest HDD you could get.
