Resume thread

I have 15 years of data on my resume, it's a single page. I don't read resumes that are more than one page long. I threw away someone's resume that was 8 pages long and refused to interview them.

If you have a two page resume and you've never had a relevant job, I'm not interviewing you either.

Sorry I have no other advice than 1 page max resume no matter what.

I'm not sure about a cover letter. It's sometimes important to HR to get your interview to me, but I couldn't care less about it.
