There are 4 buttons (or icons) that appear when you are browsing a thread, top, bottom, catalog and update which shows the new posts. That one I can no longer see.
Also noticed that I can't reply to posts for whatever reason and my (You)s no longer get marked.

Did you try turning it off and on again? Unplug 4chan's servers and turn them on again. If that still does not work you may have to reinstall the internet.
