Make a routine.
Wake up at a specific time.
Eat at specific times, don't sway too much with that.

You can make any modifications you want to your routine, but the goal of these things is to increase your energy throughout your day.
You need energy to stay focused.

100-200 tabs is nothing. During development i had almost 600 hundred tabs opened. I usually have so many tabs opened that i never see the favicons.

The best way to stay productive is to decrease the amount of RAM in your machine.

During the 2gb-4gb era i was saving everything as bookmarks.

Also, go from a 2-3 monitor setup to 1x4k monitor.

I'm working on 2 monitors, 1x1440p 32 inch and 1x1080p 24 inch. Fitting 4 windows in each corner on the former and 2 windows side by side on the latter. There's so much info to look at that I get overwhelmed

What? Are you kidding? We're talking about a dozen video I'm just seeing for the first time today. Anyway, to modify that example a bit, I may also chuck them all in the water later playlist.

New example: browsing my twitter timeline, opening interesting links such as news articles, but I'm continuing to scroll through this whole time. Suddenly I've got a few dozen new tabs of stuff to read through once I'm done looking at twitter. It's basically the same dilemma.
