I don't use a device with GPS and IP shouldn't tell someones location, so I'm not sure how they could have figured out my address.

multiple companies will link any router ssid and mac address that the phone detects with the gps location of the phone

someone has connected to your router with a gps-enabled device before or at least been within range to detect your network before

apple google and microsoft all do it, i think microsoft will only report the data if youve connected to it before, not sure
