Anyone had any luck using a pen/tablet for drawing on their shitty ass chromebook? I really want to start drawing digitally, but it'll be a few months before I have an 'actual' computer.
There's this thing called paper and a writing utensil called a pencil. It's about $5 for a good setup.

Yeah, I already own pencil and paper, and tons of pens. I use them nearly everyday for drawing.

I have a cheap-ass Acer C720P but it's running Arch. Not sure if you're talking about ChromeOS.
I extensively take notes on text files (plain or org-mode) to organize my projects, thought etc and sometimes I just need to do a schematic or something.
I had a shitty cheap touchscreen pen. Not really a digitizer but just rubber. It kinda works but apparently there are more accurate ones even of that shitty type.
I kinda want to get a X220t or a X1 Yoga just for the pen note taking. Maybe I'll even get into drawing dem animu tiddies.

First of all kys. Second, paper doesn't cut it because it will get heavy and wasteful. Also I want the images on the same place with other files with all the same "infrastructure": ssh and syncthing syncing, periodic rsync backups, encryption etc.

I'm still running chromeos. I think I'll just take the time to install Linux. I don't know why I havent already. Appreciate ya.
