Would you friends be interested in helping me find a speaker amp that is cheap while relatively decent for my record player? Google just brings up a ton of shill sites that push Crosley.

Get a pre-amp, then find any old 80s or 90s stereo set (to fit your budget) used. Make sure it has AUX in on the rear. Plug your pre-amp out to AUX in, and then wire the speakers as normal.

The preamp is built in (AT). I was asking if you knew any specific brands that have cheap but decent speakers
