Pros:
- Not 24/7 traceable like a regular (smart)phone
- Data is encrypted
- Can't be tracked to a person/identity
Cons:
- Can only receive calls when I'm connected to the public wifi (via signal)
- Don't like the Apple eco system

Looks pretty good, but what about tracking though? The big plus of a iPod touch = no sim card.
