Can /g/ help me with some networking? I have a PC I want to connect to the internet but it's separated from the nearest network socket by a floor of concrete, rebar, spider silk and adamantium. Anyone have any idea how I could set up a wifi network for this geometry?

This is your best bet. Aside from that, assuming that wall blocked all signal, you would need to use serveral repeaters set up out side to get the signal "around it". Or a cable, assuming you can find some way to pass it through the glass door.
