First time doing this kinda shit
I got Dungeon Keeeper, have to install it with DOSbox.
No idea on how to do that, so i look up a guide
Do everything exactly as shown in the vid
want to mount DosBox to CD drive
somehow cant type \ properly in DosBox
(among other problems)
Someone pls tell me what to do
>>60831796
maybe is your keymap, anyway try OpenDungeons
>>60831796
>mount C [your path here]
should say path successfully mounted to C:
>C:
this will display the directory
>navigate to game executable
>>60831796
You can't type correctly because DOSBox has the keyboard layout of an DOS PC, so try every key until you find the one. Read the DOSBox guide to learn how to mount a CD drive.
Also, >>>/vr/
>>60832123
looks woth a try
>>60832174
the >C part is where it all fails, but thanks anyway
>>60832288
makes sence, thanks man. somehow i completly forgot /vg/ is a thing
Also those digits
>have to install it with DOSbox
Any particular reason why it has to be dosbox?
>>60833243
maybe he doesn't realize it's got a windows version
>>60833967
I was alluding more to the idea of setting up like a Win98 VM instead of dosbox. In my experience, dosbox is more of a pain to get working and get working correctly, whereas a VM just werks.
>>60834066
you'd be wrong, dosbox is designed around playing dos games, win9x in vm's generally sucks
looks like DK works in wine
now to try keeperfx
>>60835130
keeperfx seems fine, too
>>60835479
sweet, even 1920x1080 works
