I WISH I lived with my mother. I moved out at the age of 18 to go live with some dude I met on World of Warcraft for a year and then dropped out of college the year after to pursue a career.

I make a decent living now and live with my girlfriend who gives me all her paychecks (I handle the finances). We now make $110k combined salary. You know how much we throw away on rent and utilities? $2,500 a fucking month for a 2 bedroom in NY.

I've been paying ridiculous rent for 3 years now (fuck New York). I could have nearly an entire year's salary saved. But no. You faggots have it good, especially if you have good jobs. The machine running that setup is an A8-7600 with an RX460 but it does just fine for FSX and stuff. I have a better computer (dual-socket, 6 core xeon/24gb) but all my school shit is on that one and I graduate in august so I can't be fucked to move everything over, I just use a KVM.

The mousepad came along with the mouse. I was looking at a normal sized one for 9 bucks and ended up buying this one for 14. And I like it. It's obviously a meme, but its smooth to the touch and resting the forearms in the edge is more comfortable. It's all about the little things I guess hahaha.

So the right wall is really bare and I'm thinking of either doing one of two Blade runner posters:

OR I might put up an IKEA floating shelf and put one libratone Zipp speakers on that and another on my little staircase bookshelf.

If I go the speaker route, I might pick up a set of scotch tumblers to put on the shelf, since they are also from blade runner and I've been looking into them for a while. Also it would allow me to keep my scotch on the shelf.

Lastly, I'm thinking about getting a tablet arm for my surface book and getting a second charger so I can just bring the tablet part and attach it.


Anyway, suggestions would be amazing.
