Here's an handy chart comparing the 2 lineups via what we know so far.
I don't know what to think honestly, intel's prices are core per core literally double Amd's.

Intel's core is only faster when it's clocked to the moon, in 4 core scenarios this is fine, but anything higher you need to dial down the clocks unless you want the chip to burst in flames, and the higher you go you're entering deeper into AMD's den, which can maintain same clocks as an 8 core on 16 cores.
Meanwhile Intel's 10 cores are already clocked 30% lower than their 8 core.
