Using pic related. Being a lefty, finding a comfy mouse is hell. I've tried a whole bunch of brands (razer, steelseries, logitech etc) and nothing comes close to this. Build quality is great, plastic is rubberized, it's easy to clean, software is decent, it's even got RGayB lights if that floats your boat (kys if it does). It's not expensive either. Appart from this model I've got another one hooked up to my laptop. It's seen heavy use over the last 4 years and all the buttons are and scroll are working just fine.
I'm not even using a mousepad for it and it's got no issues with precision.
Would recommend.
